About the Position
Join Luxoft as a SW Project Manager in Gothenburg, Sweden. Lead automotive software development projects for connected, autonomous, electric vehicles.
Responsibilities
As a project manager, your main responsibilities include:
- Project planning: Define scope, milestones, resources.
- Monitoring: Track milestones, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-cost delivery.
- Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, aligning software, hardware, systems, test, and safety teams.
- Requirements and changes management: Manage requirements, changes, and risks.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with automotive standards (Experience in some of the following fields: AUTOSAR, ASPICE, ISO 26262, Cybersecurity).
- External interface: Interface to external suppliers.
- Proactiveness: Demonstrate a proactive and can-do attitude.
Requirements
Must have:
- At least 3 years in managing automotive software development projects with exposure to hardware in the loop.
- Solid knowledge in project management, Agile, and/or V-model.
- Project experience in at least one of the following areas: Embedded software development, AWS/AWS Cloud development, OTA development, Connected Experience, ADAS, Infotainment, AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive, Automotive Cybersecurity.
- Risk management and mitigation.
- Good communication and proactiveness.
Nice to have:
- AUTOSAR, SPICE, ISO 26262, Cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience in CI/CD, DevOps, and testing.
- C++, embedded C, Python experience.
