- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- PhD in chemistry or a closely related physical or life-science field
- Peer-reviewed publications, laboratory synthesis experience, or applied chemical development projects
- Clear, metacognitive communication-“showing your work”
