About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Office Building Electrician to ensure the smooth operation of a large office building with safety and organization. For one of the largest Greek Groups, we are looking for an Electrician who not only 'fixes faults' but keeps a large, modern office building running like clockwork-with safety, organization, and proper communication with the people working in it.

Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for tenants on technical matters.
- Evaluate requests and intervene directly in electrical faults or emergencies.
- Coordinate contractors, offers, and invoices as needed.
- Monitor the maintenance plan and ensure it is executed correctly.
- Supervise safety and cleanliness issues in common areas.
- Inform the management responsible about the building's condition and status.
Requirements
- Experience as a maintenance electrician, ideally in office buildings or large facilities.
- Good knowledge of building electrical installations.
- Organizational skills and responsibility.
- Excellent communication and professional behavior towards tenants and collaborators.
