Responsibilities

• Contribute to the renewal of hardware and/or software components and perform the necessary functional or technical analyses to meet the needs of end-users and the company.
• Manage and monitor technical needs within frontend applications.
• Advise on technology choices (React, UI-frameworks, tooling).
• Design solutions with a focus on user experience and frontend architecture.
• Translate functional needs into user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop or determine the technical requirements for, and implement, new hardware or software and applications to achieve a qualitative set of equipment and applications.
• Develop frontend applications with React.
• Work using Agile methodology with Azure DevOps.
• Integrate frontend components with APIs and backend services.
• Use Git for version control.
• Monitor, maintain, test, and secure the IT infrastructure and/or software applications to ensure a high degree of reliability, security, and usability for end-users.
• Perform unit and integration testing.
• Apply frontend security best practices.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and user experience.
• Maintain qualitative and stable frontend components.
• Maintain data structures and/or system settings, provide a high-performance environment for data management, and ensure backups of user files to ensure the accuracy of business data and quick recovery in case of loss or damage.
• Work with data from APIs and backend systems.
• Monitor the correct processing and presentation of data.
• Support data integration within frontend applications.
• Analyze, solve, and follow up on application or network-related issues to restore the operation of these applications or networks.
• Debug frontend issues.
• Provide second-line support.
• Proactively avoid production problems.
• Formulate proposals for the renewal and optimization of the activity domain to meet current and future business needs.
• Formulate improvements in frontend architecture and development practices.
• Follow up on developments within the React ecosystem.
• Stimulate usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Ensure knowledge and keep data and documentation up-to-date for the own expertise domain and communicate the information to maintain a correct and complete picture of all available components and applications throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Document frontend components, guidelines, and architecture.
• Share knowledge within the team.
• Work according to structured documentation standards.
