System Administrator

About the Client

Our client is an international iGaming operator preparing for launch with a primary focus on the Indian market. The business is structured for scalability, with plans to expand into Latin America, Asia, and other international regions following successful initial phases.

Role Overview

As a System Administrator, you will play a critical role in building, maintaining, and scaling the company's IT infrastructure. This position offers the chance to impact business growth and team scaling directly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and scale the company’s internal IT infrastructure.
  • Administer Google Workspace, corporate email, internal services, and collaboration tools.
  • Design and maintain a role-based access control (RBAC) model across the organization.
  • Manage access to critical platforms and tools such as Telegram, Slack, Jira, Confluence, CRM, and BI platforms.
  • Develop and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure the security of the corporate environment by identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Maintain a register of tools and vendors, including license management and cost tracking.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming/Online Casino environments is required.
  • Proven experience managing corporate IT infrastructure and internal IT operations.
  • Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace.
  • Strong practical experience designing and implementing access management and corporate security processes.
  • Solid understanding of information security principles, risk management, and protection of critical business accounts.
  • Languages: English, Russian.
