About the Position

We are seeking a System Administrator to join our TSD (Technical Support Department) team, responsible for managing our network infrastructure and ensuring seamless operation of our services and those of our clients. Our specialists are constantly working on updating our corporate infrastructure, providing opportunities to work with new services, technologies, and modern equipment. A dynamic and interesting range of tasks is what sets our team apart from competitors.

Responsibilities

Automation of routine tasks to optimize time and focus on interesting and nontrivial tasks;
Configuration of hardware and software solutions;
Accounting and preventive maintenance of equipment;
Responding to inquiries from clients and users (Tier 1-3 support);
Solving issues related to the development and optimization of network infrastructure;
Setting up and maintaining backups;
Implementing new software and hardware solutions and launching new services.

Requirements

Computer Networks

Proficiency in network technologies, understanding of the operation of basic protocols and services

Network Equipment

Ability to configure network equipment

Personal Computers

Basic knowledge of building local computer networks; ability to assemble and configure PCs

Linux Systems

Knowledge of Unix/Linux and their administration

Server Administration

Knowledge of the basics of administering various types of servers (web, mail, databases)

Nice to Have

Knowledge of scripting languages (shell, python, perl)
