About the Position
Join the MiroHost team as a System administrator / NOC engineer.
System administrator / NOC engineer
Common tasks:
- Administration, setup, and monitoring of network equipment, servers, services, and data channels;
- Customer consultation and support;
- Mastering and implementing new technologies.

Requirements
- Deep knowledge of UNIX-like operating systems (Linux, FreeBSD);
- Web-technologies and products: Apache, PHO, Perl, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc;
- Data transfer technologies (Ethernet, TCP/IP), IP-addressing, and routing;
- Protocols (POP3, SMTP, IMAP) and mail receiving/transferring systems (Sendmail, Exim, Procmail);
- DNS principles;
- Previous work experience in internet providers (web-hosting specified): 3 years;
- Setting up network equipment, servers on UNIX-like operating systems;
- Ability to quickly learn, interest, and skills for mastering new knowledge;
- Ability to teamwork, diligence;
- Languages: Russian, Ukrainian, Tech English.
