System Administrator

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team in Wroclaw, Poland, for our Infrastructure Modernization and Compliance Program.

About the Project

The company is currently executing a strategic Infrastructure Modernization and Compliance Program consisting of five major initiatives: Identity & Access Management (IdP), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Hardware Lifecycle Refresh, Network Modernization, and ISO 27001 / GDPR remediation. Due to the scope and timeline of these initiatives, we are expanding the IT team to ensure successful delivery while maintaining operational excellence and day-to-day IT support.

Your Role

As an IT Administrator, you will:

• Support the planning, implementation, and ongoing administration of core IT systems and infrastructure.
• Work closely with the Head of IT and external vendors to deliver key modernization projects.
• Ensure a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment for employees worldwide.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Administration, Systems Administration, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Experience administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Administration).
• Experience managing AWS environments and cloud-based services.
• Strong understanding of endpoint management and device lifecycle processes.
• Experience with network administration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of identity and access management concepts (SSO, MFA, RBAC, SCIM, provisioning).
• Experience supporting compliance and security initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing or managing MDM platforms (JumpCloud, Kandji, Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE, etc.).
• Experience implementing Identity Providers (Okta, JumpCloud, Entra ID, Google Identity).
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 controls and certification processes.
• Experience supporting GDPR compliance initiatives.
• Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Experience with networking platforms such as UniFi, Meraki, Fortinet, or Cisco.
• Experience in fast-growing international organizations.
