About the Position
Jappware is an IT company that develops innovative software solutions for international clients. We specialize in the full cycle of product development - from idea and design to architecture, development, and DevOps support.
We are looking for a System Administrator/IT Support who will be responsible for the stability, security, and development of our infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Configuration and support of employee work equipment.
- Administration of Google Workspace, Slack, and other corporate services.
- Management of access, user accounts, and office access control systems.
- Maintenance and development of office IT infrastructure (Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, network equipment).
- Inventory management, conducting inventories, and managing equipment storage.
- Support of basic information security processes and implementation of best practices.
- Creation and updating of internal documentation, instructions, and procedures.
- Participation in the optimization of internal IT processes and automation of routine tasks.
- Interaction with suppliers, partners, and external IT infrastructure services.
Requirements
- Experience in the role of System Administrator or IT Support Engineer for at least one year.
- Practical experience in administering Google Workspace.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux.
- Experience with Slack or other corporate communication platforms.
- Understanding of network principles (Wi-Fi, routers, access points, VPN, DNS).
- Experience in user account and access management.
- Understanding of basic information security principles.
- Experience in maintaining technical documentation.
- High level of self-organization and responsibility.
- English language proficiency at the level of reading technical documentation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Password Manager solutions.
- Basic knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience with access control systems.
- Experience in implementing IT processes and automating internal operations.
- Knowledge of GitHub and repository access management tools.
