About the Position

We are seeking a System Analyst with 2+ years experience in business analysis to join our team. You will work on B2G, B2B, and product development projects, ensuring seamless system integrations and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Conduct system analysis and business process analysis
Gather, form, and validate requirements with stakeholders
Understand and manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Write technical documentation
Reengineer business processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Utilize project management tools like Jira or ClickUp
Understand software architecture, including microservices, databases, and APIs
Manage stakeholder expectations and describe results/solutions

Formal Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis
- Higher education
- Experience with projects for B2G, B2B, and/or product development
- Experience with system integrations (API) - the product interacts with many systems (SAP, ITE, and other systems)
- Experience with Postman, Redocly
- Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Confident skills in gathering, forming, and validating requirements with stakeholders
- Search and presentation of solutions (together with PM) to meet stakeholder and user requirements
- Description of high-level technical requirements for developers (task setting with clear definitions of done, etc.)
- Maintenance of technical documentation (SRS, system operation description, internal documentation, etc.)
- Experience in analyzing and modeling business processes using BPMN 2.0 and UML, experience in process reengineering
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, analysts) - ability to translate business requirements into technical terms (and vice versa)
- Ability to manage customer expectations, describe results/solutions
- Good understanding of software architecture - microservices, databases, APIs
- Experience with Jira / ClickUp or similar tools
- Fluent in Ukrainian

Nice to Have

Active civic position, desire to contribute to the development of a socially useful product in the defense sector
Experience working with the public sector client: communication management, expectation management, participation in formal procedures (protocols, project documentation preparation, reports)
Research and use of legal acts in the process of writing technical requirements
