System Analyst – E‑Commerce

About the Position

We are looking for a System Analyst – E‑Commerce to join the Retail IT area and support the analysis, design, and implementation of digital solutions across the e‑commerce ecosystem. The role involves close collaboration with business teams, technical teams, and external partners to ensure seamless integration of applications, modules, and information systems. This position suits someone with strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in e‑commerce platforms (including SAP Hybris), and the ability to coordinate end-to-end delivery of IT components in a complex retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects requiring IT components: applications, modules, information systems
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications (CRD)
• Write technical and functional documentation
• Communicate technical requirements to internal (RO) and external (EN) partners
• Validate technical solutions through FSDs to ensure proper integration across systems
• Provide support throughout the project lifecycle and during post-implementation phases
• Prepare technical test scenarios and support business teams during UAT and UAT sign-off
• Support Change Management activities: communication, go-live, hyper-care
• Offer Level 2 support for assigned applications and systems
• Assist Level 1 teams and help optimize repetitive processes
• Identify and propose improvements for processes and technical solutions

Requirements

• Technical experience in the E‑Commerce domain (mandatory)
• Experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP Hybris solutions
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
