System Analyst - Microsoft Technologies

Location: Hong Kong

Salary: HK$45,000 to HK$55,000 HKD

Role: Consultant

An established multinational organization is expanding its enterprise technology team and is looking for a Senior System Analyst to support large-scale internal business systems and digital transformation initiatives across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Microsoft technology professionals who enjoy working in a collaborative in-house environment, driving business-critical system enhancement projects, and contributing to long-term platform evolution.

Responsibilities

• Participate in enterprise application development, enhancement, deployment, and support initiatives
• Customize and enhance business systems to meet evolving operational requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Work on system integration with internal and external platforms via APIs and middleware technologies
• Analyze technical risks related to architecture, integration, and data migration activities
• Provide technical consultation and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions to stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical best practices and knowledge sharing
• Support both Agile and traditional project delivery environments

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft technology / enterprise application development
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft business application platforms in both cloud and on-premise environments
• Experience in system customization, workflow automation, security configuration, and administration
• Solid technical skills in:
  • C#.NET
  • JavaScript
  • MS SQL
  • REST APIs / Web APIs
  • Integration and middleware technologies
• Exposure to Power Platform technologies such as Power Automate and Power Apps
• Experience in enterprise system deployment, solution management, and integration projects
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Cantonese for daily communication

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, F&O), RPA, Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Experience working with distributed or enterprise-scale systems
• Previous experience in regional or multinational corporate environments
