Responsibilities
As a Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in developing our offerings in health informatics, information architecture, and digital transformation. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of healthcare processes.
- Analyzing, mapping, and modeling healthcare information based on business needs, regulations, and national standards.
- Conducting information inventories in preparation for system decommissioning and deliveries to e-archives.
- Analyzing databases and data models to identify information content, metadata, relationships, and preservation values.
- Mapping health data from one source to another.
- Designing and reviewing submission specifications for the transfer of information to e-archives in accordance with applicable standards and archival requirements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you have experience from the healthcare sector and a solid understanding of the opportunities and challenges associated with digitalization, information management, and regulation-driven information handling.
- Experience in analyzing and structuring health data.
- Knowledge of information standards such as OpenEHR, HL7 FHIR, or equivalent.
- Experience with terminologies and classifications such as SNOMED CT and ICD-10.
- Experience working with e-archives, data extraction, data migration, or system decommissioning.
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Clinical experience from the healthcare sector.
- Experience in developing or reviewing submission specifications for e-archives.
- Experience in requirements management, business analysis, or project management.
- Experience working with electronic health record systems or other healthcare-related IT systems.
