About the Position

We are looking for a System Controller to join our Post Trade IT Operations department. This role will provide 1st and 2nd level support in a global, multicultural team. If you are enthusiastic about exciting projects in the financial industry and would like to work in a self-organized environment where collaboration, trust, and innovation are paramount, then this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level support (monitoring, triage, software deployment, etc.)
- Provide 2nd level support (application troubleshooting)
- Implement automation for specific tasks and processes
- Interact with IT application and Business teams
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Higher Education Certificate in Information Technology or similar
- Advanced OS knowledge (linux and windows)
- Containerized application management (OCP/K8S)
- DevOps practices and tools understanding will be valuable
- Automation experience (Ansible, CI/CD, etc.) will also be positively considered
- Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including morning to afternoon shifts
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
