About the Position

System Customer Requirement Manager

We are seeking a dedicated System Customer Requirement Manager to join AUMOVIO China Software & System Development (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. This role is pivotal in managing and maintaining customer requirements within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer requirements using requirement engineering methods and knowledge
• Manage customer requirements according to appropriate processes
• Create and maintain a customer requirements pool
• Operate customer requirements with full traceability and audit trails
• Coordinate discussions of customer requirements between customers and internal teams
• Define and implement a customer requirement freeze plan
• Report on customer requirement and traceability status for release
• Optimize the requirement engineering process
• Maintain customer requirement management-related work products for system release
• Participate in project meetings as a project team member

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of vehicle brake system technology and products is preferred
• Solid experience in system engineering
• Knowledge of project management, automotive quality standards
• Experience with Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262
• Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Automotive / Mechatronic or similar
• At least 5 years' experience in the automotive industry and minimum 3 years' experience in R&D for system or software development
• Good communication and coordination skills with others
• Excellent written and oral English & Chinese skills
