About the Position

As a modern IT service provider, we implement innovative cloud solutions for our customers. For our team, we are looking for a motivated System Engineer in Zofingen, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

Work on international IT projects
Operate, monitor, or extend servers and networks at the client’s office or in the cloud
Deploy and configure physical and virtual servers
Research new technologies and prototype new ideas in the cloud sector
Collaborate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, security, and high availability in the cloud

Requirements

Academic degree or similar officially recognized education
Deep knowledge in virtualization (VMWare, HyperV) storage & backup systems
Deep knowledge in MS Exchange or Exchange Online services
Experience in operating systems Linux and Windows
Experience in cloud systems such as: AWS, Azure, GCP, and M365
Knowledge in network technologies such as: TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, routing and switching, VLANs, and firewalls
Knowledge in monitoring systems and operation
High responsibility and independent mindset
Fluency in German and English is essential for this role
Readiness to travel from time to time
