Responsibilities

• You design and operate our IT infrastructure, taking care of the administration, maintenance, and development of our network and server systems
• You continuously develop our Microsoft-365 environment, aligning it with the dynamically growing business requirements – from cloud migration and AI integration to automation and scalable, secure solutions
• IT security is firmly in your focus: With monitoring, system hardening, and blue teaming, you identify risks early and continuously develop our security standards
• You are there when it matters: You ensure stable IT operations, analyze and resolve disruptions, and support our colleagues via the help desk
• You actively participate in new IT requirements and projects – from analysis to the development of suitable solutions to implementation and feasibility assessment
• You keep an eye on the big picture, document your solutions, support procurement decisions, and work closely with our suppliers and manufacturers

Requirements

• A completed education in IT (e.g., as a specialist for system integration or IT security), a comparable completed degree, and relevant professional experience in this field
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, Teams, and SharePoint
• Proficient handling of client, network, and server infrastructures
• Experience with VMware virtualization and Windows/Linux servers
• Knowledge of PowerShell/Bash, Active Directory, and backup management
• Experience with switching, routing, VPN, and firewall configuration
• Understanding of Microsoft-365 licensing models and license management
• Knowledge in Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Power BI, and the Microsoft Graph API is desirable
• Experience in cloud technologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is advantageous
• Self-responsibility and a sense of responsibility characterize you
• Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing help you in communication within and outside our corporate network
