Responsibilities
- System Management: Manage and develop the personal disposition system Perdis and provide qualified support to users.
- System Stability: Monitor and ensure stable system operations, especially after updates, change requests, and patches.
- User Management: Responsible for user administration and the proper configuration of system-relevant parameters.
- Optimization Initiatives: Initiate optimization measures and independently carry out smaller and medium-sized projects.
- Documentation: Create, maintain, and provide meaningful evaluations, training materials, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Education: Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a comparable field.
- Knowledge: Solid knowledge of shift scheduling, including relevant legal, contractual, and company regulations.
- Understanding: Excellent understanding of the requirements for stable system operations and the need for continuous development.
- Experience: Proven experience in quality, process, and organizational management.
- Attributes: Very high level of confidentiality and sovereignty in handling sensitive personnel data.
