About the Position
Systems Administration Manager (Microsoft 365)

Responsibilities
- Own the administration and operation of the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Define and operate Microsoft Teams Phone services.
- Change & Deployment Management.
- Licensing & Compliance.
- Automate Microsoft 365 tenant operations, device management, and telephony services.
- Vendor & Offshore Team Management.
- Integrate services and operational processes with ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and operating Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, SBCs, Quality of Service (QoS), and emergency calling services.
- Advanced automation skills using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Experience managing external vendors, MSPs, telecommunications providers, and offshore teams.
- Solid understanding of incident management and service operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Platform-oriented mindset with a focus on automation, reusability, and self-service capabilities.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
