Responsibilities

• Administrar e monitorizar sistemas Windows e Linux em ambientes empresariais;
• Diagnosticar e resolver incidentes e problemas complexos de nível 2;
• Garantir a segurança e conformidade dos sistemas operativos e aplicações;
• Implementar melhorias e otimizações nas infraestruturas dos clientes;
• Trabalhar em colaboração com equipas internas e externas para garantir a melhor experiência ao cliente;
• Criar e manter documentação técnica atualizada.

Requirements

• Habilitações literárias ao nível do 12º ano de escolaridade;
• Experiência mínima de 3 anos como administrador de sistemas;
• Experiência com Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL, etc.);
• Experiência em monitorização de sistemas (Zabbix, Nagios, etc.);
• Experiência em Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, IIS, etc.);
• Experiência com Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python);
• Conhecimentos de virtualização (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, etc);
• Conhecimentos em Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud, etc);
• Conhecimentos de segurança informática e boas práticas de administração de sistemas;
• Fluência em Inglês (valorizável);
• Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e resiliência.
