Systems Analyst – Cards and Payments (f/m/x)

About the Position

We are looking for a Systems Analyst for a project in the banking sector. The person in this role will be responsible for analyzing business and system requirements in the payment cards area and supporting the implementation of new functionalities and solutions. We seek someone who can effectively bridge business needs with technological capabilities and ensures high quality of delivered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and agreeing on business requirements related to card products and processes
• Creating functional specifications and analytical documentation
• Mapping business processes and recommending improvements
• Collaborating with payment organizations as well as business and technical teams
• Participating in the implementation of new functionalities and changes in existing systems
• Preparing test scenarios and supporting test execution
• Involvement in projects related to data and system migration

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system or business-system analysis in the cards and payments area
• Strong knowledge of credit card functionalities and related services
• Familiarity with UML and BPMN notation, SQL
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
• Knowledge of system implementation, testing, and development processes
• English proficiency enabling effective work with documentation and stakeholders
• Openness to hybrid work in Warsaw (2 days a week)
• Required residence in Poland and fluent Polish language skills
