Systems Architect (Cloud)

About the Position

We are seeking a Systems Architect (Cloud) to join our team in Hungary. This role is remote and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall technical integrity of various infrastructure-related areas.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available solutions using cloud components and services.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the implementation of best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements and consult on the specific hardware, software, CI/CD, Security Monitoring, and other elements of the system.
• Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to system architecture best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in hands-on IT roles.
• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Architect, Infrastructure Architect, or DevOps Architect, with a focus on cloud migration projects.
• Expertise in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven experience with at least one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Expert in DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Experience in supporting and migrating legacy applications to the cloud.
• Experience with hosting options, deployment, and CI/CD process.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
