Szenior Munkaügyi Specialista
We are seeking a Senior HR Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in HR or employment administration to join our team in Budapest.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive management of employment administration.
- Maintenance of the helloHR system and keeping data up-to-date.
- Administrative and employment coordination of entry and exit processes.
- Preparation of employment contracts, contract modifications, and employee information.
- Management and record-keeping of assignment contracts.
- Leading and monthly summarizing databases related to various allowances and supports.
- Preparation and forwarding of monthly cafeteria data to payroll processing.
- Preparation of employer certificates.
- Record-keeping and management of leave.
- Preparation of monthly payroll processing: requesting, processing, forwarding, and verifying necessary documents.
- Handling year-end declarations, coordinating the distribution of year-end income and contribution certificates.
- Preparation of management summaries on related topics.
- Participation in HR projects from planning to implementation.
- Contact with internal and external partners (employees, managers, payroll partners).
- Coordination of employment administration for the internship program.
- Handling administrative tasks related to occupational health examinations.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the HR manager.
Requirements
- First-degree education in HR, economics, or finance.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR or employment administration (preferably in a state-owned economic company).
- Proficient user level knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Intermediate English language skills are advantageous.
