About the Position

T24 - Business Consultant

India

Work Mode: Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Temenos Transact Business Consultant with strong expertise in Temenos Transact (T24). This role involves providing functional consulting, requirement analysis, and solution design while supporting end-to-end implementation across the SDLC lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and analyze BRDs
• Map business requirements to Temenos Transact capabilities
• Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
• Conduct Product Lifecycle Workshops (PLW) and client training sessions
• Act as a functional SPOC for stakeholders
• Support SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities
• Collaborate with technical teams for successful delivery
• Mentor junior consultants and support end users

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Temenos T24 / Transact
• Strong domain knowledge in Core Banking
• Expertise in modules such as:
  • Transact Core
  • AA Loans / Deposits / Accounts
  • Limits / Collaterals / GL
• Experience in requirement gathering, BRD analysis, and FSD preparation
• At least one end-to-end implementation experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Banking domain experience (Corporate / Retail)
• Experience in conducting PLW and end-user training
• Exposure to multiple implementations
