We are hiring: Be a Table Games Dealer – Up to $23/hr + Tips – Live Studio – No Experience Needed
Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Speak to online players in a friendly, clear, and professional way
- Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
- Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly
- Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
- Complete paid training through Evolution Academy
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable being on camera
- Reliable and professional
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, cashier, reception, or call center
We Offer
- Starting Pay: $17–$18/hr guaranteed (base + tips)
- Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
- After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed
