About the Position
Tableau Developer
We are looking for a Mid-level Tableau Developer to join our team. You will design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau, transforming raw data into business decision tools.
Responsibilities
- Designing and building interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau Desktop
- Creating and optimizing LOD (Level of Detail), calculated fields, and parameters
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries for data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Data modeling and preparation in Tableau Prep
- Managing publication, permissions, and extract refresh on Tableau Server/Cloud
- Optimizing dashboard performance (loading time below 5 seconds)
- Gathering and refining requirements with business teams
- Implementing visual and governance standards for reports
- Integrating Tableau with source systems via API and connectors
- Documenting solutions and training end-users

- Tableau Desktop: Advanced (LOD, parameters, actions, complex visualizations)
- SQL: Advanced (JOIN, CTE, window functions, query optimization)
- Tableau Server / Cloud: Intermediate-Advanced (Publication, permissions, extract refresh)
