Job Description

Responsibilities

• Attendance and Leave Management: Responsible for access card time management, daily attendance record processing, scheduling and shift adjustments, colleague attendance consultation and anomaly handling, and maintaining the attendance system operation; also includes special leave and various special leave management.
• Report Analysis: Compile monthly overtime reports, sick leave analysis, annual special leave reports, and responsible for RPA system operation and maintenance.
• Salary Calculation and Management Operations.
• Management of Contract/Temporary Employee Contracts and Related Administrative Processes.
• Support Department Administrative Affairs and Supervisor Assigned Tasks.

Requirements

• Familiarity with labor laws and relevant HR experience; attendance management experience is a plus.
• Meticulous, patient, and meticulous traits.
• Good logical and organizational skills.
• Positive and proactive communication attitude.
