Responsibilities

Support finance digital transformation, including:
- Budgeting & forecasting process design and system implementation
- Consolidation process design and system implementation
- Management reporting design and optimization
- KPI and performance measurement design

Deliver people capital consulting, including:
- Organization structure and workforce design
- HR policies and compensation framework optimization
- Performance management and incentive design
- Succession Planning

Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives, including:
- Target operating model redesign (including process, organization, technology)
- Culture shaping and change management
Requirements
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong team player, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Logical thinking and design thinking skills
- Experience with or willingness to learn digital technologies (e.g., EPM, BI, RPA, finance automation tools)
Nice to Have
- Experience in auditing, accounting, or finance
- Experience in finance or enterprise transformation projects
- Interest or experience in organization and HR transformation
- CPA/CIA/CMA or other professional certifications
- Interest in AI and digital transformation
