Taiwan Content Specialist

We’re seeking an ambitious, growth-obsessed Content Specialist who thinks in TikToks. If you’re fired up by great content, know what’s trending before it trends, and want to take Bump to #1 on the App Store in Taiwan, this is your dream job.

You’ll bring Taiwanese internet culture into our Paris office, create content, lead creators, test wild ideas, and help us build Bump into a must-have app in Taiwan.

Responsibilities

• Grow Bump in Taiwan.
• Lead all content + creator efforts for the Taiwanese market.
• Make high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Taiwanese creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with top Taiwanese creators and micro-influencers.
• Work closely with paid marketing to turn great content into great performance.
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine.
• Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product.
• Join brainstorms, test ideas fast, and help shape the creative direction of Bump.
• Support launches, events, and Taiwanese-focused activations.

Requirements

• 1–5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator).
• Experience making content for ads (UGC especially).
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Taiwanese creator landscape.
• Chinese and English language proficiency.
• Experience living in Taiwan.
