About the Position
Moon Active, one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our expanding recruitment team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the hiring process, source new candidates, and ensure an excellent experience for all candidates.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily interaction with candidates for Moon Active’s positions
- Conduct in-depth phone & Zoom interviews with candidates
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets
- Daily interaction with Hiring Managers & Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth process
- Be responsible for screening resumes and managing our database
- Engage passive candidates using different channels and tools
- Proactive approach, initiative, and patience while working under pressure
Requirements
- Passion for recruitment
- BSc in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Proactive approach, initiative, and patience while working under pressure
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment - Advantage
