Talent Acquisition Associate

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to support our growing recruitment team. This role will focus on candidate sourcing, interview coordination, recruitment operations, and candidate experience management.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing fintech and technology environment.


Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

  • Support recruiters and hiring managers by proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and talent databases.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement activities.
  • Assist with talent mapping and market research projects.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Manage interview calendars and follow-up communications.
  • Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
  • Support offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and recruitment administration.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company standards and policies.

Candidate Experience

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide timely updates and maintain professional communication.
  • Help strengthen Coins' employer brand through positive candidate interactions.

Team Support

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and HR teams to support hiring initiatives.
  • Assist with recruitment events, employer branding activities, and university outreach programs when needed.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent sourcing, HR operations, recruiting support, or related roles.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience supporting recruitment activities in technology, fintech, electronic payments, digital banking, or professional services environments.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever platforms, and recruitment tools is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Smart and a quick learner.
