About the Position
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner with 2+ years of experience for a 12+ Month W-2 Contract position near Clearfield, UT. Amarx Search, Inc. is offering this role with a pay range of $30 to $50 per hour. This is a hybrid position with a requirement for United States Citizenship due to government contract requirements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams and business leaders to understand position and business requirements.
- Support effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage top talent.
- Perform full-cycle recruiting, focusing on entry-level and high-volume positions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.
