Talent Acquisition Intern

Amber Studio is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco. This is a contractor position based on project work.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and talent acquisition specialists and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Assist in posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Help manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Mandatory: Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
