Responsibilities

As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll be part of the team that finds and attracts top talent. You're not fetching coffee, you're learning the full recruitment cycle, and developing skills in our amazing House of Talent team!

• Scheduling and coordination: You'll book candidates for interviews in our applicant tracking system Teamtailor, coordinating and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Creative sourcing strategies: You'll explore unconventional channels and use a mix of tools and techniques to identify top candidates that others might miss. You'll own the sourcing strategy for your own vacancies!
• Screening and selection: You'll review applications, prioritize candidates, and make the call on who moves forward.
• Conducting prescreens: You'll conduct phone screenings with candidates to explore motivation, communication, and cultural fit, not just shadowing, but owning these conversations.
• Collaborating with hiring managers: You'll build relationships, understand their needs, sometimes challenge their thinking on candidate fit, and work through disagreements constructively.
