Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Assist with documentation, data entry, filing, and coordination of day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through various recruitment channels and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare salary proposals and related recruitment documentation.
• Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist in recruitment branding initiatives and candidate attraction activities for JTV.
• Maintain recruitment reports, track hiring progress, and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform other Talent Acquisition-related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate program in a relevant field. Prior academic, project, or internship exposure is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willing and able to work onsite at Nhon Trach, Dong Nai.
