Talent Acquisition Researcher

About the Position

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher to join our team. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, supporting strategic hiring initiatives, and conducting market research to identify top professionals in the technology sector. You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to source exceptional candidates and ensure a high-quality experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates for various technical roles across multiple domains
• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies including Boolean searches
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs
• Engage with candidates throughout the sourcing and pre-screening stages
• Participate in initial screening calls to qualify potential candidates
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis
• Analyze job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles
• Track sourcing activities and provide regular updates on progress
• Ensure accurate and high-quality candidate data in internal systems

Requirements

• Intermediate or higher English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Minimum of 6+ months of experience in sourcing or recruitment research
• Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and candidate search techniques
• Strong analytical and research skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, result-oriented, and open to learning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
