Join Opera's Global Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer Intern and gain hands-on experience in modern, strategic recruiting. In this role, you will support talent sourcing, candidate engagement, employer branding, and recruitment projects while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers across multiple locations. You'll have the opportunity to develop valuable recruiting and market research skills, contribute to talent attraction initiatives, and help build exceptional candidate experiences. This internship is ideal for someone looking to start a career in Talent Acquisition within a global technology company.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and other online channels.
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners in building talent pipelines and identifying candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen Opera's presence in the talent market.
- Conduct talent market research and provide insights that support sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and recruitment process administration.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
