Talent Acquisition Specialist (12-months contract)

About the Position

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem and the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month contract. This role will focus on hiring for Business/Commercial functions, partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers across relevant teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting for business-facing roles and a solid background in Fintech, Financial Services, or Web2 industries. This is a full-time fixed-term (12 months) remote contract position, with the possibility of contract extension.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, process coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Primarily support hiring needs across Business/Commercial BUs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights and recruitment advice.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
• Drive hiring process improvements and contribute to recruitment-related projects and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, including market mapping, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Support hiring plans with a strategic and consultative approach, ensuring timely delivery against business priorities.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally gained in top-tier Internet companies, Fintech companies, Financial Services firms, Web2 companies, or leading recruitment agencies.
• Proven experience hiring for Business/Commercial functions.
• Experience recruiting within Fintech, Financial Services, or Web2 industries is highly preferred.
• Experience in Web3/Crypto hiring is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques.
• Experience in market mapping across regional or global markets.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering against ambitious hiring targets.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently with a high level of ownership.
• Positive attitude toward the crypto industry.
