About the Position
Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Type: Full-time, On-site
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on IT roles. You'll work closely with global stakeholders and local hiring managers to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience and help build a strong local presence.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate feedback across hiring teams.
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) or alternative candidate trackers and recruitment documentation.
- Support ensuring all HR practices and hiring activities align with local labor laws and regulations.
- Work closely with the global HR team to align recruitment strategy, compensation structure, and onboarding processes.
- Support early-stage HR administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in similar positions, ideally with a focus on IT or technical roles.
- Previous experience working in-house or with tech clients is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of Philippine employment landscape and basic labor regulations.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership, while also being a strong team player.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proactive, adaptable, and excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
