Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your Tasks as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

You manage your mandates independently, relying on the weekly activity goals defined
You attract new candidates by publishing attractive ads and through active sourcing
You conduct candidate interviews, organize and coordinate interview appointments for your clients, and obtain references by phone
As a specialist, you present a selection of relevant candidates and advise your clients in choosing the ideal profile
You will be in regular telephone contact with your clients and visit them to discuss job openings and present application files

Your Value to Us

You are a communicative, confident, responsible person and have no difficulty approaching people
You have experience with client contact in Switzerland
You hold a higher education diploma (e.g., university, vocational school, hospitality), wish to change your field of activity, or are looking for a first job
You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of German or English
