- Balance speed of hiring with quality of hire, ensuring roles are filled efficiently while maintaining a strong bar for talent
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with at least 2 years in an in-house recruitment role

- Demonstrated ability to source, assess, and select high-quality commercial talent, with strong judgment around role fit and long-term success
- Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing
- A strong track record of delivering high-quality hires against business timelines, proactively communicating risks or blockers, and collaborating creatively to overcome challenges
