We are looking for a talented Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our continued global expansion. This role will focus on hiring across a diverse range of functions, including Marketing, Payments, Financial Products, Operations, and other business-critical teams. Experience recruiting for traditional financial services roles is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting across multiple business functions and be comfortable partnering with hiring managers and business leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Ultimately, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent while building strong relationships with stakeholders and maintaining a healthy talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding.
• Be a true Talent Partner to your respective business line(s) - not just execute, but consult, advice, coach, etc.
• Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process.
• Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives.
• Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners.
• Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs, and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally, within top-tier tech companies or agencies.
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
• Able to operate within a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Skilled with modern sourcing and selection techniques. Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals.
• Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills. Ability to work independently.
• An interest in or curiosity about the crypto and Web3 industry.
