About the Position
Talent Acquisition Specialist (d/f/m), Part-time or full-time
Location: Pilsen, Czechia

Responsibilities
- Enable and support the growth of the Czech 4flow team by developing and executing talent acquisition initiatives.
- Screening, managing administrative and organizational tasks as well as conducting interviews in accordance with needs.
- Identifying and inspiring potential new 4flowers through actively searching on currently used networks.
- Acting as first point of contact to hiring managers and external parties.
- Monitoring efficiency and introducing current trends and ideas and promoting their implementation, develop innovative concepts and measures for the areas of recruiting and active sourcing.
- Supporting our international team members when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of practical experience in HR, particularly in recruitment.
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or a related field of study with a focus on human resources.
- Good understanding of the local labor market (Czechia).
- Very good communication skills in English and Czech.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and open-minded.
- Appreciation for an international environment and a motivated team.
