About the Position
Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a sharp, ambitious, and impact-driven Recruiter to join our team at Solidgate. This role is not just about filling roles-it’s about bringing in the people who will define the future of Solidgate. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership, shaping our teams with top-tier talent and ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience from the first hello to the signed offer.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for international business, product, and tech roles-from sourcing to offer.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver results.
- Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill positions.
- Design and execute outreach strategies that attract top-tier candidates globally.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes-making hiring smarter, faster, and more effective.
- Represent Solidgate as an ambassador of our brand and culture to candidates worldwide.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting (preferably in fast-growth tech companies)
- A proven track record of hiring top talent in competitive markets
- Outstanding sourcing skills-you know how to find and engage candidates everywhere
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A growth mindset: you don’t just follow processes, you challenge and improve them
- Advanced English
Nice to Have
- Experience in the fintech industry
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics
