About the Position

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Spalah, a Ukrainian venture builder that connects ambitious tech businesses with the international stage. Our focus is on launching and scaling startups in the AdTech and B2C subscription app sectors. Our AdTech direction is one of the largest in Eastern Europe, while our Mobile direction is rapidly growing.

We are scaling fast and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment for Mobile apps roles (motion designer, marketing manager, user acquisition, etc.).
• Own the full-cycle recruitment for AdTech & MarTech roles (business development, developers, marketing, etc.).
• Support with administrative roles (finance, HR, legal, business ops, system administrators, design, etc.).
• Build strong pipelines, manage outreach, and keep processes smooth and human.
• Shape role profiles and provide market insights to hiring managers.
• Be an ambassador of Spalah culture, ensuring every candidate is a great fit.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong track record in closing both business and technical roles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• English - B1+.
