Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for positions in our corporate sectors – proactively, foreseeably, and always with the goal of attracting the best talent before the competition does
- You manage the end-to-end applicant management and choose the right recruiting strategy, recognize the best talents in screening and interviews, and bring the process confidently to contract signature
- You ensure that our recruiting process not only runs smoothly but also continuously improves and keep your recruiting KPIs in view
- You create an inspiring candidate experience, accompany candidates with genuine engagement through the entire process, and are a trustworthy sparring partner for your departments
- You know where the best talents for our corporate sectors can be found – and bring them into our talent pipeline together with our sourcing team and strong HR consulting partners
Requirements
- Education: You have a successfully completed degree in a relevant field (business psychology, business administration, pedagogy, or similar) and initial professional experience in corporate recruiting
- Business Acumen: You are familiar with the common corporate functions, structures, and role profiles and can thereby assess the professional depth of candidates specifically and communicate with hiring managers at eye level
- Motivation: You don't wait for issues to come to you – you tackle them, drive them independently, and actively shape the growth of our international team
- Team Spirit: You like to grow with others – and that's what makes our recruiting team special: Colleagues from different departments who cover for each other, learn from each other, and together achieve a lot
