Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry to senior-level roles across departments
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business context
Source candidates creatively using referrals, job boards, and networking
Maintain a proactive pipeline and manage 8+ requisitions simultaneously
Contribute to employer branding, university programs, and referral initiatives
Track recruitment metrics for strategic analysis

Requirements

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR business partnering.
Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across various functions or geographies.
Experience recruiting for global sales roles (pre-sales, direct, channel, marketing and customer success)
Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
Background in consulting with senior leaders and driving hiring decisions aligned with business strategy.

Salary

The Salary Range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs). We welcome compensation discussions-apply even if your expectations fall outside the range.
