About the Position

Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Cyprus

At Exness, we are not just a leading trading broker-we’ve reimagined what it takes to be a leader. With 2,000+ people across 13 countries, we combine scale, care, and real tech to make trading better for over a million clients globally.

Recognised globally as a Best Place to Work, we’re a people-first company where long-term wins always matter more. As part of our team, you will shape the future of fintech with real technology, care, and purpose.

Why this role matters

This is a player-coach role for someone who wants both sides of the job. You will lead a team of Cyprus-based TA professionals and personally close the searches that matter most: senior, niche, and critical roles across global markets. You will set the bar for how we hire.

Responsibilities

Lead the team

  • Coach recruiters in sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management, and problem-solving
  • Set priorities and delivery standards - allocate and rebalance vacancies by business priority, capacity, and expertise
  • Catch pipeline and workload risks early and step into complex searches yourself

Own the hardest searches

  • Run senior, niche, and business-critical hiring end to end, from intake to accepted offer
  • Headhunt passive talent across markets and build pipelines for the roles the business will need next

Advise the business

  • Be a trusted TA partner to hiring managers and senior leaders: sharp intakes, calibration, and clear, evidence-based recommendations
  • Bring market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, and competitor moves, and challenge requirements when the data says so
  • Develop recruitment strategies to support launching new offices in new markets

Drive with data and projects

  • Own team metrics and turn bottlenecks into actions
  • Join cross-team projects on process improvement and automation, including AI
  • Shape our Employer Brand with the EB team through content, events, and positioning in key talent markets

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on TA in an international, fast-paced environment
  • Multi-function and multi-market experience is a must
  • Proven experience leading or coaching recruiters while staying in delivery
  • A true headhunter, with a track record of closing senior, niche, and hard-to-fill roles
  • Data-driven: you read a funnel, find the bottleneck, and fix it
  • A confident advisor who can push back on senior stakeholders with evidence

We Offer

  • Competitive salary and annual performance bonus
  • Full relocation support for you and your family - flights, housing, visas, and legal assistance included
  • Top-tier health insurance with full family coverage - medical, dental, vision, mental health - plus life insurance for peace of mind
  • Unlimited learning opportunities: external courses, English lessons, career, and leadership development
  • Education allowance covering school and kindergarten fees
  • 21 working days of annual leave, plus public holidays and fully paid sick, maternity, and paternity leave
  • Employee appreciation program: branded gifts, celebration budgets for weddings, newborns, and milestones
  • “Get to know Team” trips - meet colleagues across our global hubs, along with company-wide offsites that raise the bar
  • Employee share scheme - grow with us
  • Branded MINI Cooper Countryman company car and private parking
  • Free in-house sports clubs, Sanctum Club gym access, and jet skis
  • Access to a Corporate doctor
  • Exclusive discount program with cafes, gyms, and local services
  • Expat tax perks: up to 50% income tax exemption
  • Support with the naturalisation process for relocated employees
