We are seeking a Talent & Leadership Development Manager for a contract position with a main Swedish Automotive OEM in Göteborg, Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the overall Talent & Leadership development strategy
• Support talent review, succession planning, leadership assessment, and performance management
• Assist in addressing underperformance and retaining key talents through total rewards and available tools
• Provide support for career navigation, career mobility, and career path development
• Assist in change management approach for new processes, methods, and tools
• Support local leadership development based on global, local, and personal guidance
• Design, develop, and improve methods and tools for business relevance
• Act as a recognized expert in Talent Management & Leadership development
• Establish operational plans for the job area
• Develop and implement new products, processes, standards, or operational plans
• Communicate with leadership

Requirements

• Advanced education and work experience in Talent Management & Leadership development
• Typically requires 10 years or more relevant experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to drive change management and leadership development
• Experience in talent assessment and employer branding
