About the Role
As a Talent Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing the end-to-end framework for technical certifications across engineering roles. You will establish clear pathways for engineers to achieve strategic certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Anthropic, etc.) aligned with company goals. Additionally, you will manage the Leapsome LMS, design and maintain Learning Paths, expand and maintain the learning content library, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create promotional materials and manage event logistics.
Responsibilities
- Tech Certification Program Ownership: Design, launch, and manage the end-to-end framework for technical certifications across engineering roles.
- LMS Administration & Development: Administer the Leapsome LMS, design and maintain Learning Paths, expand and maintain the learning content library, and develop learning programs.
- Vendor Management: Oversee all aspects of learning event logistics, including payments for existing suppliers, selection and evaluation of new vendors, and managing contracts.
- Corporate English Program Management: Manage the end-to-end training cycle from Jira requests to group enrollment, including instructor operations, billing, and payment processing.
- Training Coordination: Collaborate with the Brand Team to create promotional materials, manage event logistics, and design and launch email campaigns.
- Internal Learning Initiatives: Contribute to shared T&D activities like knowledge sharing events and monthly newsletters.
- Learning Consultation: Support teams and individuals by advising on relevant learning formats, platforms, and resources.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development roles.
- Hands-on experience managing and utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Background working in an IT/Product/Software Development company environment.
- Proven experience managing tech-focused T&D programs, specifically technical certification pathways. Familiarity with major tech certification ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Anthropic).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Nice to Have
- Experience in developing competency matrices and identifying necessary resources to complete them with learning resources.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories or instructional design principles.
